(Norcross, GA)As part of Reed Construction Data’s on-going effort to improve customer experience, a new “Connections Community” page has been created on ReedConstructionData.com offering customers product information, news, announcements, tools and tips. Visitors even have the ability to read blogs, engage in a community forum and sign up for product training classes.
The interactive platform provides Reed Construction Data with company and product feedback directly from customers, and gives Reed a chance to share important company news and announcements with it’s clients.
The first phase of Connections is aimed primarily at the Reed Connect customer base, offering tips for basic, intermediate and advanced users, as well as a schedule of training classes for everyone; from new customers to experienced Reed Connect users.
Additional phases of Connections will include information on Reed Bulletin and Reed’s analytic offerings.
