Question:

How do you see the BIM market outside of the U.S.A.? I'm from Brazil; what is needed for a more efficient approach to show BIM to the market (architects, engineers and product manufacturers)?
Assis Francisco Haub, CADKlein Consultoria e Treinamentos

Answer:

Dennis Neeley, AIA, Product Director, Reed Construction Data: BIM is used throughout the world, but as I mentioned it is new, and as with any new technology adoption will be uneven within the professions and within the world. There are excellent articles being written on the advantages and challenges of BIM which I am certain you can find with a Google search.
