Our office purchased the RSMeans
CostWorks 2009 edition. I am having trouble finding the old Division 15 (Mechanical). Please e-mail me a pdf of the entire 2009 mechanical division please. Also, pricing info on the Closed Circuit Fluid Cooler (Manufacturer is BAC) - 90GPM at 10 degree delta T. If you cannot send the entire mechanical section, please at a minimum send the pricing (Labor & Materials) for this piece of equipment.

Bob Mewis, Senior Engineer / Editor, RSMeans: The “old” division 15 can be found if you change the CSI Masterformat version you are viewing. On the settings screen, look for a grey-colored button that has the word “MasterFormat” within its border. Click that button and a window will pop up. Within that pop-up window you have a choice for MasterFormat 95 or MasterFormat 2004. Click the radio button next to “MasterFormat 95” and then click the “OK” button within the pop-up window. You have now changed the database to this format.
To access the data, click on the “Unit Costs” tab. You can then search by key word, line number or tree structure. The descriptions will not be by brand name. You will have to find the item you are looking for by searching for the generic name of the item.
If you are still having trouble, please contact the Engineering Hotline at 800-334-3509 for assistance.
