I’m sorry, but we don’t have this information on hand. The manufacturer’s name is crucial here. If you can, find out who the manufacturer and/or seller was, and contact them. With the appropriate model number, as you’ve given, they should be able to tell you if your fireplace is a wood-burning or gas model.
