How do I have architects update incorrect contact information if they are specifying my product?

If architects are specifying your product and have incorrect contact and company information, what is the recommended approach to update the information?
Paul Krey, BioGro Products LLC / Agrosoke International
The most effective way to update company information is to identify architectural firms specifying your product. Contact each firm and ask to speak to the specification owner. When you provide the correct information, ask that all general contractors using your product be informed of these changes — in writing. The specification owner will update the project directory, record the change for future documents, and then will distribute the information.
If possible, obtain the name, phone number and email address of the specification owner and send a follow up email with your correct company contact information.
