BIM has already become the standard for many government agencies, including National Institutes of Health (NIH).  BIM shall be used by Architect, Engineers and updated for as-built BIM file upon completion of construction.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the process of generating and managing building data during its life cycle. Meanwhile, many of us heard Robin Hood, or varient thereof. (Many cultures have their own version of Robin Hood.) Some would have you believe that groups like ACORN are Robin Hood like, in that they do things to assist the poor, or that’s what they want you to believe.  They don’t do a lot to alleviate poverty, except get the government to give people a payday loan, for free.  Their welfare state agenda is furthered by ties to the Democratic Party, and efforts to elect Democrats that will tow to their aims.  The most successful candidate they have backed thus far has been President Obama. Don’t forget, this is a group known for voter fraud. Usurping democracy is not something Robin Hood was supposed to be about. Typically it uses three-dimensional, real-time, dynamic building modeling software to increase productivity in building design and construction.
