JOB DESCRIPTION

The preferred candidate is a seasoned senior level Cost Estimator/Engineer/Project Manager with minimum of 7-10 year’s estimating experience; is to be responsible for coordination and execution of multiple project estimates and maintain close interaction with the cost engineering and design professionals in the following areas: development and maintenance of the weekly project schedules, quality control/quality assurance, client satisfaction, interaction and management.

Typical Tasks

· Project Fulfillment - Plans, supervises, and directs the work of professional estimators, schedulers and technical professionals.

· Provides technical supervision, training and motivation to staff.

· Provides technical review of plans, specifications, reports, and other documents received for estimate or schedule production.

· Provides quality assurance review of estimates, reports, and other documents produced in and for fulfillment of contracts.

· Provides expertise to employees in the handling of various tasks involved in the fulfillment of contracts.

· Monitors contractual agreements with consultants and contractors.

· Prepares and presents oral and written reports.

· Performs related duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Certification CCE Preferred

PE Perferred but not required.
Software required is MCACES and Success Estimating
