| Other Codes | Florida's Dept. of Health (DOH) has regulations pertaining to the construction of public swimming pools, hotels/motels, food establishments and health care facilities. In addition, all plans for the construction of public swimming pools must be reviewed and provided with a permit by the Dept. of Health before construction can begin.
