Supplement for commercial structures statewide. IBC, IFC, IMC, IFGC, IPMC, IECC, IEBC for IL Board of Edu Facilities (other than vehicular), but do not apply to Chicago. IBC adopted by Dept of Health for hospitals where local codes do not apply. The Illinois Energy Conservation Code is based on the 2009 IECC.
