University Dining Student Dining Hall & Commons Facility Seismic Corrections The Building Layout Is A Cross Shape In Plan, With Sloped Roofs On All Sides Of The Structure, The Main Structural Deficiencies Occur At The Connections Betwee Structural Elements Including Non-Ductile Concrete Frames & Non-Compliant Concrete Braced Frames, It Has Inadequate Transverse Reinforcement & Dowels Int Precast Elements, In Addition, The Existing Precast Brace Elements Has Poor Detailing For A High Seismic Area, Planned Corrections For This Project Will Address Hazardous Conditions & Strengthen The Seismic Resistance Of The Structure To Achieve A Rating Of "Good", Mandatory Code Upgrades & Accessibilit Triggered By The Seismic Improvements Also Will Be Completed
