Project Description:

Community Center This facility will seat approximately 350 individuals for meals. The facility shall be a steel framed structure consisting of a concrete spread footer foundation system, masonry/brick veneer exterior, pitched asphalt shingled roof, slab on grade. The facility shall incorporate a shared kitchen, dining area, serving lines, receiving/issue storage, restrooms, mechanical room, electrical/communication room, offices & administrative areas for each occupying function, and a lounge/bar operated by NAF. Also included in this project shall be all utilities, infrastructure, interior/exterior finishes, HVAC, site restoration, handicap accessibility, restrooms, and demolition of the current/existing Dining Facility.
