Project Description:

The Olive 8 is the first LEED certified hotel/condo building built in Seattle. The 349 room Hyatt at Olive 8 hotel occupies the first 17 floors, while 198 condos occupy the top 22 floors. Construction of a health club, spa & pool, meeting rooms, ballroom, restaurants, and retail space was also included in the project. One of the key green features is an 8,355 sf green roof, which is the largest in Seattle. Construction included cast-in-place concrete structural frame, a curtain wall and stone exterior, a built up roof, chilled water cooling system, and a package air conditioning/heat pump system.
