Project Description:

Police Station Administrative , Closet, Meeting Room, Office[s], Storage Renovation of existing office space to provide new office space for the DeKalb County Police Property Area on the 2nd Floor of the Bobby Burgess Public Safety Building located at 3630 Camp Circle Decatur, Georgia. Work will consist of selective demolition, the construction of new offices and conference areas, and alterations to the plumbing, electrical, communications, and HVAC systems plus the re-configuration of lighting and HVAC systems within a new suspended acoustical tile ceiling system. Contractor will also paint and/or provide wall-covering and finish carpentry for the renovated areas and install the specified floor finishes. Renovation work is limited to approximately 5000 square feet of office space as per the Construction Drawings and Specifications entitled DeKalb County Police Property Area.
