Hospital Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC), Shreveport LA, requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and all other necessary items necessary to construct an Outpatient Mental Health (MH) Addition (approximately 21,000 Square Feet) at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 East Stoner Ave, Shreveport LA. Construction will be a two-story addition attaching to the Hospital at the basement and first floor levels. The addition will include a bank of two elevators attaching at the basement, first and second floors of the Hospital making stops at each level. The structural system will be constructed to provide for a future vertical expansion of four additional floors for a total of six floors (basement through fifth floor). The elevator and stair tower will be constructed structurally to provide for future vertical expansion of seven additional floors/stops for a total of ten floors/stops
