91,000 square foot mixed-use town center development near Tyrone Square mall in St Petersburg`s which opened in March of 2009. Anchored by a 45,000-square-foot Publix supermarket raised to accommodate one level of parking underneath, other retail stores include Rib City Grill, Jimmy John`s Gourmet Sandwiches, Massage Envy, Mission Aveda Salon & Spa, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Crystal Nail Spa and Verizon Wireless. In addition, this project included alteration of several existing buildings on the site including a five-story former BB&T building and a 2,650-square-foot medical office. Individual Stores were built with concrete slab on grade foundations, CMU block structural frame, structural steel frame, stucco exterior, steel joist roof, steel bar joist roof deck , modified bitumen roof, split system HVAC.
