Military - Miscellaneous Design & Construction Military Operations Urban Terrain, Phase II, Fort Irwin, CA, This Is The Second Phase Of 4 Phases Of The New MOUT Facility At Fort Irwin Army Base, Fort Irwin, CA, The Training Facility Will Provide A Realistic Training Environment That Incorporates The Lessons Learned From Recent Combat Deployments & From Existing Urban Warfare Training Facilities, The Facility Is Required To Train Active Army, National Guard, Army Reserve, & Other Uniformed Service Members In The Techniques Of Fighting Within Towns & Cities At The Brigade Level, Phase II Consists Of Approximately 40 Buildings, The Primary Facilities Include A Prison Compound, University Building, One & Two Story Business & Residence Buildings, Training Roads, & Instrumentation Connected To Phase I & An After Action Review (AAR)/Range Operations Center (ROC) Building, All Buildings Except The Prison Compound & University Building & AAR/ROC Building Will Only Consist Of An Outside Wall Structure With An Inside Communications Room, Proposed Roof Systems Will Provide Some Protection For Instrumentation & Building Contents, But Is In No Way Meant To Serve As A Completely Weather-Tight Entity, Materials To Be Considered For Construction Of The Project Will Be Ecolite Pre-Cast Concrete Panels, CMU, Pre-Cast Concrete Panels, & Cast-In-Place Concrete
