Religious Auditorium In general, the project consists of site and building removals, site work, interior alterations and exterior envelope rehabilitation. Site work includes excavation, subgrade drainage, foundation damproofing and reconstruction of disturbed hard/landscaping and a new concrete walkway. Interior alterations include, two new interior sets of framed stairs, a new toilet room, new doors/hardware, new partitions and new exit signage. Exterior rehabilitation includes a new exterior egress stair, stone repointing and resetting; repair/consolidation, scraping and painting of wood trim; and installation of a new vent and lintel.
