Water Piping construction items shall include but not necessarily be limited to: Constructio of service pipeline appurtenances and service connections for the Oglala Sioux Rural Water Supply System on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota from the White River South to the junction of Highways 73 and 44. The work consists of providing and installing 3-inch and smaller distribution or service line piping, service meter pits, service connections and terminations, air release valves, blowoff valves, road crossings, stream crossings, and other similar appurtenances.
