course is an intensive two-day class designed specifically to assist facility owners and owners representatives to
expediently “get it right” in construction estimating. Topics covered include the estimating process, project costing, labor
hours estimating, using the RSMeans database efficiently, site visit, quantity take-off and dealing with on-going operations
issues.
