Schlouch Incorporated offers a full range of core site capabilities. Design, survey, erosion and sedimentation control, grading, shaping, earth removal, trenching and piping, blasting, curbing, paving and concrete are handled efficiently by SI's talented people and extensive fleet of late-model equipment. Working primarily in the eastern half of Pennsylvania and, occasionally, in southern New York state, SI handles a range of project types including residential subdivisions, commercial projects, shopping centers, hospitals, some heavy highway as well as experience in the design/build process as relating to site improvements and civil drawings.
