Polyglass Europa S.p.A is one of the most important European producers of modified bitumen based waterproofing membranes and insulating materials for the building industry, pre-bonded thermo-insulating systems, thermal acoustic insulation and advanced Asbestos cement / roofing clearance systems.

In 1991 Polyglass introduced its products, including modified bitumen products, to the US by opening a new manufacturing facility in Fernley, Nevada.

In 1997 a new facility was built in Hazleton, Pennsylvania to cope with the huge demand for its products. This new facility utilises state-of-the-art technology to produce a revolutionary dual-compound membrane that is unique in the USA.
