Product Description
CIA-GEL 7000 and CIA-EA adhesive anchoring systems are moisture insensitive and ideal for technically demanding projects such as bridges, transportation and industrial applications.
Product Description, Applications
CIA-GEL 7000
CIA-Gel 7000 is a 100% solids structural epoxy that is used to anchor threaded rod and rebar into normal and lightweight concrete, stemwalls, concrete block, reinforced brick, unreinforced masonry (URM/UMB), and other construction materials. It can also be used a caulking material and security sealant for non-moving cracks. The adhesive is a two-component system: the components of the dual cartridge system mix completely when dispensed through the spiral motionless mixer. Universal and coaxial cartridges allow the installer to use a standard caulking gun for application.
Its low odor, solvent-free, non-shrink and non-sag properties make it CIA-Gel 7000 ideal for a wide variety of applications, including:
- Anchoring threaded rod or rebar into concrete
- Waterproof sealant
- Anchoring vibrating equipment
- Structural crack injection
- Expansion joint anchors
- Water and Wastewater treatment projects
- Surface patching and spall repair
- Bonding between existing and new concrete
