PACFORM™ LINEAL CONCRETE FORMS
PacForm Lineal Concrete Forms are precision engineered LVL-edge forms, comprised of wood veneer with a parallel grain orientation and two veneer crossbands. Factory cut to exact lengths and sanded on both sides for consistently smooth finishes, PacForm Lineal Concrete Forms minimize defects, warping, cupping and shrinkage. Pacific Wood Laminates also offers PacForm BB OES forms, manufactured with premium B-grade faces.

PROFORM™ MDO CONCRETE FORMS
ProForm MDO Concrete Forms are durable and cost-effective multiple use panels bonded to high quality Medium Density Overlay (MDO). Factory coated with Nox-Crete™ and edge-sealed with Nox-Crete Edge-Flex™, ProForm MDO-faced concrete forms provide attractive flat surfaces that remain smooth over multiple pours. Two-step and two-side options are available.

MULTIFORM™ HDO/HDO+ CONCRETE FORMS
MultiForm HDO panels are designed for applications requiring smooth, durable and defect-free surfaces over the course of multiple pours and reuses. Engineered with a premium High Density Overlay (HDO) surface and Medium Density Overlay (MDO) cushion sheet, MultiForm HDO panels are edge-sealed with Nox-Crete Edge-Flex to resist wear, moisture, alkalinity and abrasion, reduce discoloration and promote uniform hydration, smoothness and hardness. The panels are available in one- or two-sided forms and a range of thicknesses. Two-step options and a choice of hardwood or Douglas fir substrates are also available.

PROFACE™ CONCRETE FORMS
ProFace concrete forming panels feature smooth proprietary overlays bonded to hardwood-faced panels for outstanding performance and durability. Offered with high quality PSF, HDO or MDO overlays, ProFace panels produce a superior concrete finish over the course of multiple pours and are suited for demanding applications, including architectural-quality pours. The proprietary formula of resins, release agents and colorants produces a smooth, hard surface that resists water, chemicals, abrasion and wear and is particularly resistant to the alkalinity of concrete.
