STEEL-PLY®

Steel-Ply is a factory-built concrete forming system for commercial and residential structures. The welded steel frames and specially laminated HDO plywood, available in 80 standard sizes, can form almost any dimension and be used up to 200 times before replacing the plywood. This labor-saving system is suitable for straight, curved or battered walls, including pilasters, culverts and columns.

MAX-A-FORM®

The Max-A-Form Forming System provides modular forming with an all-steel design. Constructed of 3/16" (4.8 mm) steel face plate and heavy-duty cross members, Max-A-Form can support concrete loads over long spans without shoring equipment. It is ideal for gang forming heavy structural walls and for columns requiring repetition, multiple lifts or a smooth finish.

FLEX-FORM®

Flex-Form is an all-steel system, designed to form curved walls and round tanks with a radius of 5' (1.5 m) or greater. Delivered preassembled to the jobsite, its factory-rolled steel ribs bolt to flexible panels to set the radius and secure the form. Flex-Form allows the steel skin plates to flex, eliminating the "chording" effect and producing an excellent concrete surface that often requires no additional finishing.

FORMRIGHT™

FormRight is a modular forming system that combines the advantages of a clamp-type gang form with handset flexibility. The welded and galvanized frame, with specially laminated HDO plywood, provides a durable panel for extended service life. The system, available in 23 panel sizes, can be combined vertically or horizontally and then quickly reconfigured with the Quick-Clamp connection.

VERSIFORM®

Versiform is designed for concrete structures that require high production gang forming. This heavy-duty modular system, consisting of an all-steel frame and a high density plywood face, can be configured for almost any gang form dimension. It is ideal for wastewater treatment plants, bridges, piers and other large commercial concrete structures.

DECKFAST™

DeckFast is a quick two-component system of modular panels and post shores for flat concrete decks on high-rise structures. The large and lightweight powder-coated aluminum frames allow the crew to set more square feet of contact area, from the safety of the existing slab, than conventional shoring and decking methods.

SHORFAST™

ShorFast is an aluminum leg and jack shoring system that can support up to 30 kips (133kN) per leg. The high-capacity leg design provides wider spacing and more clear area than conventional shoring methods. The legs, jacks and frames can also be assembled and moved as a single shoring unit to improve job site productivity.

SYMONS SOLDIER™

A lightweight, but extremely strong, construction beam system, Symons Soldier is adaptable to virtually any forming or shoring configuration. Unique hole patterns in the faces of the beams permit a wide variety of assembly and attachment options. Combined with standard hardware and accessories, Symons Soldier can be used as a brace, horizontal shore, vertical shore, strongback, waler or truss.

FORM LINERS

Choose from hundreds of Symons form liner patterns, including fin, wood grain, brick, stone and custom textures to create an attractive concrete appearance. Each pattern is available in four different materials including SPS plastic (1 use), ABS plastic (5 - 10 uses), Dura-Tex® urethane (50+ uses) and Elasto-Tex® urethane (100+ uses), depending on project requirements.
