Belinda A. Morrow has twenty-nine years’ experience providing construction management services nationwide for public and private industries including municipalities, federal agencies, utility markets, medical, and financial institutions. As one of the nation’s first 100 U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professionals, she is adept at managing projects with comprehensive work scopes ensuring on time and under budget completion.

Leonard Morrow has twenty-one years’ experience providing construction management services nationwide for both public and private industry including municipalities, federal agencies, utility markets, and financial institutions, the largest of which was providing facilities consulting services for The Coca-Cola Company to develop, schedule, and implement the budget and plan to re-stack several on-campus buildings and relocate off-site employees to the campus. He has also furnished construction management services for site acquisition and build-out of eight SPRINT, PCS’ affiliate administrative and retail sites in Georgia and the Carolinas. Leonard has no qualms about tackling projects with comprehensive work scopes and he is well known for completing them on time and under budget using industry standard project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
