FGS® Hardener Plus™ is a proprietary chemical hardening solution that is formulated to increase the wear resistance and surface strength of concrete floors that have been mechanically ground, smoothed and polished. When used in conjunction with the patented FGS PermaShine System floor process, FGS Hardener Plus penetrates to harden, seal, densify and waterproof diamond ground and polished concrete wear surfaces.

The FGS PermaShine System renews existing concrete floors that are dusting, worn, pitted or otherwise suffering from years of use and abuse, and restores them to an attractive, light reflective and durable polished finish.

New floors also benefit from the FGS PermaShine process, when the concrete has cured sufficiently to resist the aggressive steps of grinding and polishing (28 day cure time).

FGS PermaShine is GreenSpec listed and recommended for use in environmentally responsible construction. Typical installations include interior floors found in: schools, restaurants, public buildings, factory floors, commercial buildings, shopping malls, grocery stores, condominiums, distribution centers, food processing plants, assembly plants and retail outlets. It can be installed on new and old concrete floors, with or without color.

Warranty
FGS Hardener Plus is a component of the FGS PermaShine floor process. As a component, sound and properly treated concrete floors are guaranteed to resist dusting due to abrasion for a minimum of 10 years.

Installation
The FGS PermaShine process is installed only by factory trained and approved contractors to ensure the highest possible quality finish.
