Firestone Building Products offers ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) roofing systems, based on high-performance synthetic rubber compounds. Popular for both durability and design versatility, Firestone EPDM roofing systems provide outstanding weathering characteristics and are ideal for new and reroofing applications, including office buildings, distribution warehouses, hospitals and schools.

RUBBERGARD® EPDM

This versatile membrane can be fully adhered, ballasted or mechanically attached to deliver superior long-term weatherability and exceptional wind uplift resistance. Since its introduction in 1980, RubberGard EPDM has dominated the single-ply roofing market through proven performance, durability and flexibility for a wide range of building types.

RUBBERGARD PLATINUM

RubberGard Platinum EPDM combines the strength of 90-mil RubberGard EPDM with Firestone HailGard® composite insulation. When installed with Firestone QuickSeam® Tape, this system offers watertight seams with increased strength. The result is a roofing system with outstanding thermal performance that delivers a 30-year warranty for incidental punctures, high winds and hail up to two inches (51 mm) in diameter.

RUBBERGARD ECOWHITE®

RubberGard EcoWhite EPDM membrane is an environmentally friendly, highly reflective EPDM solution to coated membranes and thermoplastics, providing proven EPDM performance with ease of installation. A bi-laminate, white-on-black cured membrane, RubberGard EcoWhite is offered with a comprehensive EcoWhite line of accessories for rapid, consistent and cost-effective fully adhered installations. It is available for UL- and FM-rated systems and can help achieve points for LEED certification.

RUBBERGARD R.M.A.

RubberGard R.M.A. is a recyclable roofing option using large EPDM panels bonded to Firestone QuickSeam R.M.A. Strips. Suited for both large and small roofs, the non-reinforced membrane of this roofing system provides uninterrupted weatherable thickness, and its large EPDM panels deliver faster installation. The mechanically attached system offers up to 25 years of warranty protection without requiring additional maintenance or inspections to maintain coverage.
