SPECSEAL® SSS INTUMESCENT SEALANT

SpecSeal SSS is a premium grade intumescent firestop sealant for through-penetrations, as well as construction gaps and blank openings. With fast and directionalized expansion, SpecSeal SSS can be used for commercial and industrial applications, including metal and non-metal pipes, insulated and non-insulated pipes, cable and HVAC ductwork. It can also be used a part of a complete wood floor firestopping package.

SPECSEAL LCI INTUMESCENT SEALANT

SpecSeal LCI is a standard grade intumescent firestop sealant, engineered for light commercial and grouped residential applications. This economical sealant is water-based and can be used for insulated and non-insulated pipes, metal and non-metal pipes, HVAC ductwork, electrical cabling and electronic cabling.

SPECSEAL LC ENDOTHERMIC SEALANT

SpecSeal LC Sealant is a latex-based, high solids firestop compound that seals penetration openings against fire spread, smoke and toxic gas. SpecSeal LC can be used for single metallic pipe penetrations up to 24" (610 mm), steel sleeved penetrations and multiple penetrations through masonry and gypsum wallboard constructions.

SPECSEAL SIL SILICONE SEALANT

SpecSeal SIL300 is a 1-part neutral curing silicone firestop sealant for penetrants subject to vibration or movement or for areas prone to water exposure. It can be used to seal through-penetrations with non-combustible penetrants, electrical, data or telephone cables, construction gaps, expansion joints and top-of-wall joints.

BLAZESTOP™ WF300 INTUMESCENT FIRESTOP CAULK

BlazeStop Series WF300 Firestop Caulk is an economical water-based caulk designed to seal through-penetrations and gaps in wood frame construction.

SMOKEBLOCK® E-136 CAULK

SmokeBlock is a non-combustible caulk designed for fireblocking and draftstopping in non-rated construction, wood frame walls and floors and buildings that do not exceed 3 stories.

SPECSEAL ES ELASTOMERIC SEALANT

Designed primarily for the protection of construction joints, SpecSeal ES Elastomeric Sealant is a non-halogenated latex-based, highly elastomeric caulk designed to provide passive smoke and fire protection in construction joints. It can also be used to restore sound attenuation properties to sound-rated ceilings and partitions.

SPECSEAL ELASTOMERIC SPRAY

SpecSeal Elastomeric Spray is a non-halogenated latex-based, highly elastomeric coating that provides passive smoke and fire protection in construction joints. It can be used to protect construction joints, curtainwall safing gaps and certain through-penetrations.

SPECSEAL FAST TACK FIRESTOP SPRAY

Fast Track™ Firestop Spray is a silicone and urethane formula that provides passive smoke and fire protection for construction joints. It also excels for curtain wall safing gap conditions.

SPECSEAL SMOKE 'N' SOUND ACOUSTICAL SEALANT

SpecSeal Smoke 'N' Sound Sealant and Spray are high quality acrylic latex sealant and spray products for use in non-rated smoke barreiers and partitions.

SPEED FLEX™ JOINT PROFILE

SpecSeal SpeedFlex Joint Profile replaces strips of mineral wool forming material in the joint area between the fire-rated wall assembly and the bottom of a steel deck or concrete floor.

FYREFLANGE™ DUCT ANGLE

Duct support and firestopping in one product. FyreFlange firestop angle integrates the firestopping and steel retaining angle required for square and rectangular ducts. The factory applied intumescent gasket eliminates the need for firestop caulk and backing materials while providing an effective seal where non-dampered ducts penetrate fire rated barriers.

SPECSEAL INTUMESCENT FIRESTOP COLLARS

SpecSeal Firestop Collars are a heavy-gauge galvanized metal collar that houses a molded intumescent insert. Available in multiple sizes, the collar is an economic solution for firestopping common plastic pipe, including PVC, PVC Foam Core (CCPVC), CPVC, ABS Foam Core (ccABS) and FR Polypropylene.

SPECSEAL RTC INTUMESCENT FIRESTOP COLLARS

SpecSeal RTC collars seal plastic pipes that penetrate fire-rated walls and floors, including concrete floors, concrete over steel deck, concrete walls, concrete block walls, gypsum board/stud walls and wood floor/ceiling assemblies.

Composite Sheets are lightweight, firestop panels that effectively seal medium to large openings with a variety of penetrants in fire-rated floors and walls.

SSM Firestop Mortar is a lightweight, cementitious, compound suitable for openings of all sizes in fire-rated construction.

SSB INTUMESCENT FIRESTOP PILLOWS

Intumescent firestop pillows expand in all directions for a tough, tight seal and easy retrofit for hard-to-fill, multiple penetrants, and large openings.

SSP PUTTY

SSP Putty is a two-stage intumescent, non-hardening putty for cable and pipe penetrations. It is ideal in small to medium sized applications that will require re-entry.

SpecSeal READY-SLEEVE pathway kits are complete UL®-classified solutions for new and existing cable penetrations through walls and floors.

SSP PUTTY PADS

SSP Putty Pads are used with both metallic and non-metallic switch and receptacle boxes. The pads are UL-tested and classified to permit larger boxes and reduced spacing.

POWERSHIELD™ ELECTRICAL BOX INSERTS

PowerShield Electrical Box Inserts are used within metallic switch and receptacle boxes. The inserts are UL-tested and classified to permit larger boxes and reduced spacing.

SPECSEAL CAST IN FIRESTOP DEVICES

SpecSeal Cast-In Firestop Devices install on forms or decks in advance of the concrete pour to form factory-firestopped openings for plumbing and electrical penetrations. The molded plastic body can be cut to adjust to the depth of the pour and is tough enough to resist the rigors of the concrete finishing process. A variety of accessories permit installation under many common construction conditions, including variations in concrete depth and installation over pan decks.
