Construction, Materials, Finishes
Standard construction consists of a 22/26 gauge G-90 galvanized steel face and liner with a CFCfree polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foaminsulated core. Other steel gauge and coating options are available.
Panels are joined with vented and dry-sealed rain screen joinery and are available in lengths to 20' (6 m) and in custom widths from 10" - 40" (254 - 1016 mm) in 1/2" (12.7 mm) increments. Panels can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the segmented joints can be spaced 12" (305 mm) or more apart.
Panels are available in standard thicknesses of 2" (51 mm) and can be specified with a maximum of 12 segments per panel. Panel thickness of 3" (76 mm) is optional. Standard horizontal reveals are 1/2" (12.7 mm) wide and standard vertical reveals are 1/8" (3.2 mm) wide. Optional reveals include 1/4" (6.4 mm) and 1" - 6" (25.4 - 152 mm) in 1/2" (12.7 mm) increments.
Graphix Series panels are available with a smooth, textured or embossed finish in over 70 standard colors, including micas and metallics, and in unlimited custom colors.
