MORTAR NET®
Mortar Net® is a solution for clogged weep holes in masonry cavity construction. It catches and permanently suspends mortar droppings, allowing water that enters the wall to be directed to the weep holes. Mortar Net has a patented dovetail shape that prevents mortar from forming a continuous dam and its shape, in combination with its 90% open mesh weave, allows water to rapidly and easily move through the material of the product to the weeps.

Mortar Net also provides for proper air movement in and out of the cavity, and so ensures masonry walls breathe, drain and dry quickly and efficiently.

Mortar Net is made of recycled polyester or high-density polyethylene. It will not oxidize, rot, promote mold or fungus, or react with other common building materials such as mortar, cement, asphalt, modified bitumen, PVC, copper, or galvanized metal.

MORTAR NET® WEEP VENTS™
Mortar Net® Weep Vents™ prevent debris buildup in masonry cavity walls, allowing them to drain quickly and breathe thoroughly. Made from recycled polysester with a 90% open mesh, they are bonded with a flame retardant adhesive to provide resiliency and strength, plus an anti-microbial additive to control mold growth. Mortar Net Weep Vents are available in six colors: brown, tan, red, almond, white and gray, providing a match to the mortar or brick beings used for a finished, consistent appearance.

BLOCKNET®
The BlockNet® system protects single wythe concrete block walls from water infiltration damage. It forms a continuous drainage system around the entire perimeter of a concrete block building. When water enters the wall it flows down the inside of the face of the block, through the BlockNet® vertical mesh piece onto the horizontal stainless steel drainage piece and out of the wall through the integrated drainage tabs.

The BlockNet system is made of specially shaped 28 gauge stainless steel drainage strips with integrated drep edge, horizontal mesh element, a rear water dam, and a vertical mesh element. Both mesh elements are made of 90% open weave recycled polyester mesh that will not oxidize, rot promote mold or fungus growth, or react with other common building materials.

BLOK-FLASH®
BLOK-FLASH® is an embeddable flashing device for exterior single wythe Concrete Masonry Unit (C.M.U.) wall systems. It collects moisture that infiltrates the wall and flows down the vertical cores and diverts it to the exterior, making it useful at all flashing/weep hole locations. BLOK-FLASH is impervious to water and includes chemical stabilizers to protect against UV degradation.

TOTALFLASH
The TOTALFlash system is an innovative, cost-effective moisture control product that consists of pre-assembled, pre-cut flashing panels. Each 5-foot panel includes a built-in termination bar, a built-in drainage matte, built-in edge dams and a built-in stainless steel drip edge, along with the necessary screws and adhesives.

STONE & STUCCO DRAIN™
Stone & Stucco Drain™ provides exceptional drainage for any kind of stone construction. Constructed of a high-te ch, 90% porous polyester mesh, the material is easy to install and efficiently diverts moisture to a building's exterior.
