The NO-COAT® Structural Laminate (SLAM™) Drywall Corner System abandons corner bead design entirely, and instead integrates new technologies and 3 key components:

• Tapered copolymer core that will not rust, requires less mud and is capable of withstanding severe impacts
• Joint tape that permanently bonds the corner to drywall with all-purpose joint compound
• Formulated surface paper that eliminates cracks, chips and peels, accepts any finish and resists abrasion

NO-COAT Structural Laminate Drywall Corners are constructed with a high-strength, tapered copolymer core. The surface is composed of tight-fibered, formulated paperboard; the back is composed of joint tape paper for uniform surface bonding.

TYPES

ULTRAFLEX™
ULTRAFLEX corner trims are ideal for off-angle applications, short and long runs and for repairing damaged drywall corners. The wide flange covers large gaps and poor framing, while the built-in flexible hinge fits any inside or outside corner angle to create crisp, straight lines. ULTRAFLEX corners will withstand significant shifting due to settling and temperature and humidity variations without cracking or separating from the wall. They provide an ideal surface for paint and textures and will accept sanding without surface degradation.

• ULTRAFLEX 325 - For short runs of less than 10' (3 m); vertical off-angle applications and stand-ups; and 90 degree inside/outside corners
• ULTRAFLEX 450 Drywall Corner Trim - For long peaks/spans greater than 10' (3 m); vaulted, cathedral and tray ceilings; and inside/outside corners of any length
• ZOOMA-FLEX - For short runs/spans less than 10' (3 m); inside off-angles; and 90 degree inside corners

ULTRATRIM™
ULTRATRIM precut corner trim lengths create perfect corners and are fast and easy to install. They accept sanding without surface degradation and provide an ideal surface for paint and textures. ULTRATRIM corners withstand severe impacts, settling and seismic movements without cracking, denting, chipping, peeling or separating from the wall. They will also withstand significant shifting due to temperature and humidity variations.

• ULTRATRIM INSIDE 90 - Precut to standard lengths for use on 90 degree inside corners
• ULTRATRIM OUTSIDE 90 - Precut to standard lengths for use on 90 degree outside corners
• ULTRATRIM WIDE OUTSIDE 90 - For industrial use on 90 degree outside corners in extremely high traffic areas; covers double wallboard corners and wide gaps
• ULTRATRIM 1/2" L TRIM - For use on window returns, door enclosures, drop ceilings and protective edging with no masking required; strong enough to float 3/4" (19.1 mm) beyond drywall; large flange works on gaps to 1" (25.4 mm)
• ULTRATRIM 5/8" L TRIM - For use on window returns, door enclosures, drop ceilings and protective edging with no masking required; strong enough to float 3/4" (19.1 mm) beyond drywall; large flange works on gaps to 1" (25.4 mm)
• ULTRATRIM 3/8" BULLNOSE - Ridge-free radius; for use on 90 degree outside corners; eliminates transition angles and bead ridges for superior aesthetic results
• ULTRATRIM 3/4" BULLNOSE - Ridge-free radius; for use on 90 degree outside corners; eliminates transition angles and bead ridges for superior aesthetic results
• ULTRATRIM 135° 3/4" BULLNOSE - Ridge-free radius; for use on 135 degree outside corners; eliminates transition angles and bead ridges for superior aesthetic results

ULTRA ARCH™
ULTRA ARCH tape-on drywall arches have notched flanges that flex and conform to any arch without spray glues or staples. The stiff profile and preformed, uniform 90 degree angle fine tunes poor framing and creates a smooth, round drywall arch.
