The Reliance™ family of curtain walls protects against water, wind and air infiltration and provides outstanding thermal performance. Using state of the art technology and engineering expertise, the Reliance product line offers extensive flexibility for both standard and custom configurations.

RELIANCE CURTAIN WALL SYSTEM

This high-performing curtain wall system is a pressure-equalized, zone-glazed system. Available as a 1" (25.4 mm) infill system with snap-in adaptors for spandrel applications and as a complete 1/4" (6.4 mm) infill system, Reliance Curtain Wall features outstanding water control and thermal performance. It is thermally broken using an EPDM push-in thermal isolator and is offered with a variety of system depths and profiles.

RELIANCE-TC THERMAL COMPOSITE CURTAIN WALL SYSTEM

Reliance-TC is a composite curtain wall system that meets high thermal requirements to maximize energy efficiency. Reliance-TC uses frame members similar to those of the standard Reliance Curtain Wall, but with a composite vertical mullion constructed of glass-reinforced polyamide insulation strips for increased thermal performance and strength.

RELIANCE-TC IG THERMAL COMPOSITE INSIDE GLAZE CURTAIN WALL

Reliance-TC IG provides high-level thermal performance through use of glass-reinforced polyamide strips for all horizontal and vertical members. Offered in both 7 1/4" (184 mm) and 6" (152 mm) depths, Reliance-TC IG is available with either captured or structural silicone glazed verticals and allows for entrance door and operable window adaptability.

RELIANCE CURTAIN WALL FOR BLAST RESISTANCE

Reliance Curtain Wall for Blast Resistance is designed per Unified Facilities Criteria UFC 4-010-01, Department of Defense Minimum Antiterrorism Standard for Buildings. It tests at a static load of 1 psi with 1" (25.4 mm) insulating glass and 1/4" (6.35 mm) laminated inboard lites per the UFC standard, and its glass is glazed utilizing a continuous structural silicone seal at the interior.

Construction, Materials, Finishes

Value engineered for efficient use of material, Reliance Wall Curtains are easy to install. The systems use common materials to reduce construction error and cost and to simplify site fabrication. Factory-punched pressure plates, self-drilling pressure plate screws and precision injection molded zone plugs for frame member intersections are among the many time- and labor-saving features.
