KNAUF ECLIPSE™ AIR DUCT BOARD
Knauf Eclipse™ Air Duct Board is designed for commercial and residential air handling installations for cooling, heating, or dual-temperature service, and where noise absorption is a concern. The board is constructed of a resin-bonded fiber glass that is formed into rigid, recatangular boards. Onse side is faced with a fire-resistant foil-scrim-kraft (FSK) vapor retarder and a lightweight black fiber glass mat on the airstream surface. The airstream surface of the board is treated with an EPA registered, antimicrobial agent that prevents growth of mold, fungus or bacteria in accordance with ASTM C 1071, G21 and G22.

KNAUF INSULATION BOARD
Knauf Insulation Board has excellent thermal and acoustical properties and is ideal for applications that include: heating and air-conditioning ducts, power and process equipment, boiler and stack installations, metal and masonry walls, wall and roof panel systems, curtain wall assemblies and cavity walls. The board is made from inorganic glass fibers preformed into boards bonded by a thermosetting resin. It is available plain, with a factory-applied FSK facing or PSK (metalized polypropylene-scrim-kraft) facing, or with a factory-applied all-service jacket (ASJ).

KNAUF BLACK ACOUSTICAL BOARD
Knauf Black Acoustical Board features a black surface that provides a visual barrier with an aesthetic appearance for walls and ceilings, typically used where framing members are not present. It is an exceptionally strong board and provides excellent acoustical insulation. Knauf Black Acoustical Board is a heavy density fiber glass board insulation constructed from inorganic glass fibers bonded by a thermosetting resin. The base board is amber with a black polymer top layer of fiber glass, and a black overspray is applied to provide a smooth, tough finish.

KNAUF AIR DUCT BOARD-M
Knauf Air Duct Board-M is designed for commercial, industrial and residential air handling installations that require good temperature control, noise absorption, and abuse resistance. It features Hydroshield Technology, which helps keep moisture from penetrating the airstream surface of the board. Knauf Aire Duct Board-M is made from resin-bonded fiber glass that is formed into rigid, rectangular boards faced on one side with a fire-resistant foil-scrim-kraft (FSK) vapor retarder, and its airstream surface is faced with a tightly bonded, non-woven mat.

KNAUF RIGID PLENUM LINER
Knauf Rigid Plenum Liner is an ideal interior insulation for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning plenums and sheet metal ducts. It has excellent sound absorption qualities, low thermal conductivity, and is fire-resistant. Knauf Rigid Plenum Liner is a heavy-density fiber glass board insulation made from inorganic glass fibers bonded by a thermosetting resin. Its base board is amber with a black top layer of fiber glass. A black polymer overspray is applied to the airstream side for a smooth, resilient finish.

KNAUF KOOKDUCT® SYSTEM
Knauf KoolDuct® System is a versatile, pre-insulated, high performance air duct system that can be installed internally or externally. The system is non-fibrous, and the air stream in the sealed duct flows only on aluminum, making it ideal for industrial and high-end commercial applications. It offers significant advantages over traditional sheet metal systems, including weight, space, intallation time and costs. Knauf KoolDuct Systema is comprised of a CFC-free phenolic foam board faced on both sides with reinforced foil. Specially engineered aluminum flanges are designed to connect the duct sections to assure a strong, tight closure.

KNAUF ET BOARD
Knauf Elevated Temperature Board 850° (ET) Board is used for boiler walls, hot precipitators, hot ductwork, cylindrical tanks, towers, stacks, and industrial ovens. It is constructed from inorganic glass fibers bonded with a high-temperature thermosetting resin, forming a semi-rigid, board-like form with superior handling properties. It is lightweight, easy to fabricate and cost- efficient.

KNAUF HULLBOARD
Knauf Hullboard is designed for use as a thermal insulation for bulkheads, beams, decks, shell plating and ducts aboard Naval, Coast Guard and domestic ships. It is lightweight, has a low thermal conductivity, and resists the effects of vibration and slumping, providing an in-place performance that meets all required standards. Knauf Hullboard is moisture resistant and is not damaged by temporary exposure to fresh or salt water. It also will not rot, has no objectionable odor and will not provide sustenance to vermin.
