Packaged dry, with sand already added for increased consistency, SPEC MIX Fiber Base Coat (FBC), Scratch & Brown and Colored Finish Coat Stucco offer performance unmatched by traditional field-mixed stucco.

SPEC MIX FIBER BASE COAT STUCCO (FBC)
SPEC MIX Fiber Base Coat Preblended Stucco is an ICC-approved, cement stucco basecoat engineered for One-Coat and traditional Scratch & Brown applications. Computer-batched for consistency and performance, SPEC MIX Fiber Base Coat increases long term durability and bond strength and reduces cracking and crazing. It is suited for single-family homes, multi-family complexes and commercial applications.

SPEC MIX SCRATCH & BROWN STUCCO
SPEC MIX Scratch & Brown Preblended Stucco is a dry, custom blend that can be used as the scratch and/or brown coat in a 3-coat stucco application or as the first coat in a 2-coat exterior stucco application. SPEC MIX Scratch & Brown produces a non-load-bearing, aesthetically pleasing exterior veneer or interior finish on metal buildings and concrete, masonry or stud walls.

SPEC MIX COLORED FINISH COAT STUCCO
This dry, proprietary blend of cementitious materials, additives, aggregates and pigment is designed as the finish coat for traditional 2- or 3-coat stucco systems. Suited for exterior veneer and interior finish on metal buildings or concrete, masonry walls or stud walls, SPEC MIX Colored Finish Coat Stucco is available in a wide range of standard and custom colors.

SPEC MIX SILO DELIVERY SYSTEM
SPEC MIX offers a patented gravity-fed silo dispensing system to increase job site consistency, quality and productivity. With this system, the preblended mortar mix, grout and reusable bulk bags, palletized and protected against moisture, are delivered to a job site. Before the project starts, SPEC MIX representatives deliver the silo dispensing system. Mixing is easy and takes only 5 minutes. When the job is complete, SPEC MIX representatives pick up the silo, as well as the reusable bulk bags.
