SPEC MIX® STONE VENEER MORTAR
SPEC MIX Stone Veneer Mortar is a preblended dry material specifically designed to bond precast, lightweight masonry veneer units to solid base surfaces, such as masonry, concrete or galvanized, expanded metal lath. The final wall system will produce a non-load bearing, aesthetically pleasing exterior veneer or an interior finish, ideal for concrete or masonry walls, stud walls or metal buildings.

SPEC MIX® Polymer Modified Stone Veneer Mortar (PMSVM)
SPEC MIX Polymer Modified Stone Veneer Mortar (PMSVM) is a technically advanced mortar used to bond thin veneer masonry units to a substrate. It is ideal projects that have an immediate and ongoing need for mortar with high bond strength and sag resistance during installation. The non-sag formulation provides excellent workability, cohesion, high bond strength, water resistance, efflorescence minimization and durability. For applications in which mortar joints are not utilized, such as dry stack applications, SPEC MIX PMSVM can be used to gain extra bond strength and pop-out protection.

SPEC MIX® PORTLAND LIME & SAND MASONRY MORTAR
SPEC MIX Portland Lime & Sand Masonry Mortar is a dry preblended mortar mix of Portland cement, hydrated lime and dried masonry sand. Formulated for superior bond, water retention and boardlife, this masonry mortar can be used above or below grade when manufactured to the appropriate specification. It is available in Type M, S and N formulations; a Portland Lime & Sand/Color formulation with color pigments is also available.

SPEC MIX® MASONRY CEMENT & SAND
SPEC MIX is a dry, preblended mortar mix containing either masonry cement or mortar cement and dried masonry sand. Formulated for superior bond and workability, it can be used above or below grade and is acceptable for all types of masonry construction. It is available in Type M, S and N formulations; a Masonry Cement & Sand/Color formulation, preblended with color pigments, is also available.

SPEC MIX® TUCKPOINT MORTAR
SPEC MIX Tuckpoint Mortar is a blend of cementitious materials and aggregates, specifically formulated to provide superior bond and tooling characteristics when applied in a tuckpointing application. Tuckpoint Mortar is available in any color and can be custom blended with performance admixtures, including integral water repellents, bond enhancers and air entraining.

SPEC MIX® IWR MORTAR
SPRC MIX IWR (Integral Water Repellent) Mortar is a dry, preblended mortar mix containing Portland cement ombined with hydrated lime, mortar or masonry cement, dried masonry sand, and water-repellent admixture. It is formulated to repel water while providing a superior bond and boardlife. SPEC MIX Color IWR Mortar is also available.

SPEC MIX® SET ACCELERATED MORTAR
SPEC MIX® Set Accelerated Mortar is a dry, preblended mortar mix containing Portland cement combined with hydrated lime, masonry cement or mortar cement, dried masonry sand, and set-accelerating admixtures. It is formulated to provide faster set times in cold weather while maintaining superior bond, water retention and board life.

Capabilities, Services
SPEC MIX, Inc. offers patented gravity-fed and power auger silo dispensing systems, coupled with bulk bag product delivery, to simplify the project. With this system, the preblended mortar mix and grout, packaged in 3000 lb (1362 kg) bulk bags, palletized and protected against moisture, can be delivered to a jobsite or placed in inventory. Before the job starts, SPEC MIX can deliver the silo dispensing system, which is unloaded and set up with a standard forklift. The silos range from 30,000 lb (13,620 kg) of material at one time to 3000 lbs (1362 kg) depending on the scope of the project, and mixing takes as little as five minutes. At the end of the job, SPEC MIX will pick up the silo and the reusable bulk bags.
