The Thermo-ply line of sheathing products provides outstanding dimensional stability and strength for the life of the building or home. Engineered of a high quality, directionalized fiber and cross-laminated construction, Thermo-ply sheathing resists job site abuses, such as punctures, breakage and vandalism. Standard sizes are 48" x 96" (1.22 x 2.4 m), 48.75" x 96" (1.24 x 2.4 m), 48" x 108" (1.22 x 2.7 m) and 48.75" x 108" (1.24 x 2.7 m), with custom sizes and a selection of outer facings available. Thermo-ply sheathing products include Thermo-ply Red, Thermo-ply Blue, Thermo-ply Green and Thermo-ply Total grades.

THERMO-PLY RED

Thermo-ply Red is structural grade sheathing with 0.113" (2.9 mm) thickness for 16" o.c. stud spacing. Designed with sound damping capabilities, Thermo-ply Red is especially suited for hotels, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, libraries and home theaters. It provides racking resistance and can be used as an alternative corner bracing or draft stop.

THERMO-PLY BLUE

Thermo-ply Blue is structural grade sheathing with 0.135" (3.4mm) thickness for 16" o.c. stud spacing. Thermo-ply Blue includes sound damping capabilities and can be used as an alternative corner bracing or draft stop.

THERMO-PLY GREEN

Thermo-ply Green is lightweight non-structural grade sheathing, with 0.078" (1.98 mm) thickness.

THERMO-PLY TOTAL WITH BREATHE DRY™ TECHNOLOGY

Thermo-ply Total is 1/8" (3.18 mm) thick structural grade sheathing that acts as a weather barrier, water barrier and non-directional drainage plane under exterior cladding. Utilizing a patented breathe-dry technology and unique non-directional drainage plane, Thermo-ply effectively resists water, weather and lateral shear. Its combination of structural strength, moisture management and environmental friendliness also reduces installation time and cost by eliminating the need for housewrap or secondary weatherization layer. Custom heights and widths are available.
