The Versapanel® System is clearly defined by bold ribs that add an attractive linear definition to walls and roofs. Factory foamed and economically priced compared to similar systems, each panel is a single unit incorporating the interior surface, vapor barrier, thermal insulation, and weather resistant steel skins.
The Versapanel System employs a batten cap to ensure weather resistance for all roof applications. It is ideal for high humidity conditions, highly insulated structures and buildings requiring long spans, and for both new and renovation construction.
Versapanel Systems are insulated with 94% closed cell urethane modified isocyanurate foam core. Steel exterior and lightly planked interior skins increase span capability and, when combined with factory applied sealants, establish a liner side vapor barrier. A thermal break is achieved since there is no metal-to-metal contact between face and liner.
