WATERWAY RAINSCREEN STUCCO ASSEMBLY

The WaterWay Drainable Stucco Assembly is an enhanced system for traditional stucco, configured with a back-ventilated rainscreen cavity that captures intruding moisture and immediately transfers it to the building exterior. Designed to enhance envelope integrity while reducing potential challenges of moisture penetration, the WaterWay Drainable Stucco Assembly protects against air and water infiltration and promotes vapor diffusion. The basic system incorporates several components:

• Weather-resistive barrier (WRB) to protect against air and moisture and allow vapor diffusion
• WaterWay Rainscreen Drainage Mat to drain moisture to the exterior
• Traditional stucco
• Stuc-O-Flex Elastomeric Acrylic Finish or EuroPlast Finish with EuroSeal

WATERWAY RAINSCREEN DRAINAGE MAT

The WaterWay Rainscreen Drainage Mat is a matrix of fused, entangled nylon/polymer filaments that form a one-step water-resistant barrier and rainscreen drainage assembly. Used to add drainage space and contribute to air ventilation, the WaterWay Rainscreen Drainage Mat promotes drying and reduces the potential for damaging water penetration. Effective for stucco, EIFS, manufactured stone, fiber-cement, brick, lap and cedar sidings, this mat also serves as a component of WaterWay Drainable Stucco Assemblies. Its benefits include:

STUC-O-FLEX ELASTOMERIC ACRYLIC FINISH

Stuc-O-Flex Elastomeric Acrylic Finish is a precolored mildew-resistant coating that acts as a protective weathering membrane. Its 100% acrylic composition helps ensure outstanding crack resistance for new construction, retrofit or repair projects. Stuc-O-Flex Elastomeric Acrylic Finish is available in an unlimited selection of colors and four distinct aggregates for textures that range from heavy southwest stucco to contemporary sand finish. Its features include:

• Maximizes crack coverage and bridging ability
• Resists rust, mildew, cracks
• Suited for temperatures from -70 to 180 degrees F (-57 to 82 degrees C)
• Class A fire rating
• Coating integrity - Exceeds 30-year exposure

EUROPLAST

EuroPlast is a precolored, wet-mix coating system that creates the appearance of Old World Venetian style plaster. A 100% acrylic polymer-based interior and exterior coating system, EuroPlast has unlimited color and texture selections and can achieve effects ranging from rustic plaster to smooth polished limestone.

• Offers the look of Venetian Plaster at a fraction of the cost
• Provides superior adhesive qualities
• Can be used for stucco, brick, block, plaster, cement board, EIFS and concrete applications

EUROSEAL

EuroSeal is a 100% acrylic polymer antiquing sealer that creates an antique or weathered appearance. Designed as a sealer for EuroPlast, EuroSeal can be used for stucco, plaster, concrete, brick, block, stone and other acrylic finishes. It is highly resistant to moisture and helps shed water in vertical wall applications.
