Xypex Admix C Series products are unique chemical treatments, added at the time of batching, to waterproof and protect concrete.

Chemicals in Admix C Series products react with the moisture in fresh concrete, causing a nonsoluble crystalline formation of fibers throughout the pores of the capillary tracts of the concrete. This permanently seals the concrete against penetration of water and other liquids, protecting the concrete from harsh environmental conditions.

Admix C Series products also protect concrete and reinforcing steel against the intrusion of chemicals, saltwater, sewage and other harmful materials and damage caused by weathering, internal expansion and contraction during freeze/thaw cycles.

Admix C-500 is designed for concrete that incorporates additives such as fly ash and slag. Admix C-1000 is designed for typical Portland cement-rich concrete, and Admix C-2000 is designed for projects where extended retardation is required.
