The Xypex line of crystalline products includes coatings, dryshake, admixtures and accessories for waterproofing, protecting and repairing concrete.

When mixed with water, the active chemicals in Xypex products cause a catalytic reaction, which generates a nonsoluble crystalline formation of dendritic fibers within pores and capillary tracts of the concrete. The concrete becomes permanently sealed against the penetration of water or liquids from any direction, making Xypex suitable for waterproofing installations such as:

• Foundation walls
• Manholes
• Parking decks
• Reservoirs
• Sewage and water treatment tanks
• Tunnels; underground vaults
