SmartRig drills will be introduced to the U.S. and the Portable Air Division introduces the HardHat™ 185 cfm compressor. Designed to support the oil and gas drilling market are the TwinAir™ series compressors.

SmartRig facilitates all kinds of automation in drill rigs with hardware designed to operate in all weather conditions. Software can be upgraded on-site and has built-in logging/monitoring functions, together with support for diagnostics and faultfinding. Electrical signals are generated to control hydraulic valves.

HardHat™ features a revolutionary polyethylene canopy design and resists rusting, denting, corrosion or fading. Performing worry-free in extreme temperatures, the canopy protects the compressor from damage at the worksite. Because it can “take a beating” in a variety of applications, it is ideal for the rental industry.

TwinAir™ has been developed to provide the highest output and airflow for its small footprint. Built robustly with the quality parts and standards, different versions exist including a specially adapted DNV approved model for offshore requirements. A maximum free air delivery of 2232 cfm makes TwinAir™ the compressor with the highest airflow per square foot. Controls including external fuel connections and emergency stop buttons are readily accessible.
