Supplying a wide range of industries throughout the world, Brennan offers more than 20,000 standard and special products in sizes ranging from 1/8 to 2-1/2 inches. These include pipe and straight-thread fittings, O-ring face-seal fittings, 37-degree flare tube fittings, bite-type fittings, metric fittings, international fittings, and a double ferrule instrumentation tube fitting line. Most products are available in carbon steel, stainless steel and brass, and meet or exceed J.I.C., S.A.E. and other specifications.

Metric Bite Type Fittings

Available in all of the most popular styles and sizes – more than 260 fittings in all – fittings are built for extreme pressure applications and are manufactured to the highest standards and are approved by all major certifying agencies.

Steel and Stainless Steel Compression Fittings

Steel and stainless steel “bite-type” compression fittings are designed for both hydraulic and pneumatic applications, Brennan compression fittings are available in 35 standard configurations with custom sizes and configurations are also available upon request. The fittings are ideal for indoor use and non-corrosive environments in OEM and MRO applications, involving pressurized gases and fluids. Because of their compact size, they are suited for work in confined spaces, with no special tools required. The fittings are designed for a variety of working pressures.

One-Piece Flange Adapters

Brennan Industries Inc. recently expanded its line of fittings and adapters with new one-piece flange adapters. Machined from round stock, adapters are hot-piercing bent for the desired angle and do not have braze and weld points. Swept configurations allow flange adapters to perform in limited clearance application situations, while their construction enables them to endure extremely high-working pressures and tensile strength. Brennan flange adapters are available in carbon and stainless steel, ranging in connection sizes from ½- to 4 inches.
