The BB5000 Portable Boring Machine offers line and blind boring of 1.375 to 24 inches in cramped places where others won't fit. Patented Spherical Bearing Mounts allow quick setup with up to five-degree misalignment and up to 650 foot-pounds of torque at the bar. Accessories allow facing, grooving, spade drilling, threading, valve repair, and trepanning.

The BW3000 AutoBoreWelder Microprocessor-controlled AutoBoreWelder enables a new standard of welding control, uniformity and precision with its patented “step” technology, which provides complete weld coverage at the start and finish of the bore. Designate “skip-weld” areas, easily adjust step size and direction, rotation speed and direction, wire feed rate, arc voltage and interrupt and more, from one central location. Unit uses the same setup as the BB5000, allowing the user to bore and weld with one setup, and even bore and weld simultaneously with three or more bearings.
