The Cantilevered Brush Style Conveyor Belt Cleaner is an efficient way to remove fines and carry-back material from a conveyor belt. Model BRC allows the user to perform the installation, adjustment and service from one side of the conveyor. Usings an electric motor to drive a helical shaped and open face brush to remove build-up from conveyor belts, the mounting flange allows for chute installation, or the unit can be installed on the conveyor framework. When mounted under the head pulley, excess material is thrown into the discharge stream. The brush is self-cleaning, will not clog or load and standard nylon bristles are durable, long-lasting and easy to replace.

Four compact versions of cable-operated safety stop controls for use on indoor conveyor systems include the Model RSC product line. Four distinct styles range from single-ended to double-ended units, as well as slack wire and tight-wire versions. Models RSC-B and RSC-C are taut-wire versions with external tension spring, which maintains constant tension on the pull cable. If cable is pulled or the cable breaks, the unit activates output contacts, generating the alarm signal for pull or break conditions.
