Visit them at Booth # 6345, Central Hall

The ConExpo 2008 exhibition will be the first worldwide show attended by Extec Screens and Crushers Ltd since it became part of Sandvik. The company will mark the event with the U.S. launch of an important new model: The Extec S-7 mobile screen.
Visitors will witness the official U.S. launch of the Extec S-7 mobile screen, an exciting new product from crushing and screening specialists Extec Screens and Crushers Ltd.
Largest Model
The largest model in Extec’s formidable S-Series, the S-7 sets new standards in screening productivity. The machine features the same Doublescreen design as the smaller S-4, S-5 and S-6 but boasts a triple-deck configuration together with an additional side conveyor. Together with a large feed hopper with optional double-deck vibrating grid and a set of extended conveyors, these features make the Extec S-7 the most productive mobile screen in its class.
With a transport weight of 85,142 pounds, the Extec S-7 is powered by a Deutz BF4M 2012 diesel engine developing 100.4 horsepower that meets or exceeds all known emissions regulations.
The Extec S-6, which measures 59 feet 9 inches in length, utilizes two independently-adjustable screen boxes that each measure 3,048 x 1,524 mm (10' x 5') to produce an exceptionally large screening area for optimum efficiency.
Like the smaller S-6, the Extec S-7 is carried on a large, durable chassis that provides enhanced strength and rigidity. A self-loading hydraulic bogie provides an independent transport capability without the need for low loaders. To supplement the productivity and versatility of the Extec S-6, the unit is offered with a variety of optional extras including vibrating and tipping grids, mild steel hopper liners, overband magnet, reversible side conveyor, and a highly effective dust suppression system.
Best-Seller
Making a welcome appearance at the ConExpo arena will be the Extec C-12+, the latest version of the world’s best-selling track-mounted jaw crusher. Building upon the reputation of the original Extec C-12, the C-12+ is designed specifically for applications in quarries, demolition sites, and recycling facilities.
The Extec C-12+ has a working length of 51 feet 8 inches and an operating weight of 105,280 pounds. It is powered by a 350 horsepower Caterpillar C-9 diesel engine that meets all known emissions regulations and which offers excellent fuel economy. The unit’s 48inch by 28 inch feed opening and high speed crushing capability allow the machine to operate at high throughput levels for optimum productivity and minimal bridging. As a further safeguard, the C-12+ is equipped with an overband magnet that removes tramp iron and reinforcing bar during crushing.
The C-12+ will be joined on the stand by an Extec E-7, a heavy-duty, track-mounted mobile screening and stockpiling system that is designed for use in the most demanding customer applications. Carried on a sturdy, crusher-type chassis and featuring an adjustable heavy-duty hopper, double-plated apron feeder, and adjustable incline heavy-duty screen box with high throw and vibration characteristics, the E-7 is purpose built for arduous duties. These include the screening of heavy overburden at a quarry face, pre-screening and scalping, recycling of construction and landfill waste, and separation of cohesive aggregates.
