Giberson Enterprises will display all four of its Eco-Crusher® excavator-mounted jaw crusher buckets – the BF60, BF70, BF90 and BF120 – and will use the majority of its demonstration area, crushing recycle and concrete material with the BF90 crusher bucket running on a new Kobelco excavator. Recycle, demolition and concrete contractors, as well as aggregate producers, will be able to experience firsthand how the Eco-Crusher scoops and crushes material that contractors typically pay hundreds of dollars per truckload to haul away.

The Eco-Crusher line includes the BF60 for 18,000-pound or larger excavators; the BF70 for 28,000-pound or larger excavators; the BF90 for 48,000-pound or larger excavators; and the BF120 for 68,000-pound and larger excavators. Production rates range from 15 tph on the smallest bucket up to 99 tph on the largest. The bucket is designed to crush material with a maximum input product thickness of 15 inches minus for recycle and 10 inches minus for aggregate into an end product that ranges from six inches down to one-inch minus – depending on the Eco-Crusher bucket size and closed-side setting configuration.
