Griswold Machine & Engineering Inc. (GME) will feature its modular GME/E&S Slide Rail System, originally developed and proven in Europe. The system is ideal for tightly confined jobsites close to buildings or highways, or jobs with difficult-to-achieve compaction specifications, or jobs which require that ground subsidence be kept to a minimum. The system’s rails and panels are put in place as the excavation proceeds, allowing for fast installation, reduced soil subsidence and minimal site restoration expense.

The Slide Rail system can be used in a pit configuration, or as a linear, clear-span system for conventional pipe-laying in difficult conditions.
