A midsize, high-performance paver capable of paving widths from 12 feet to 34 feet works as close as possible to obstacles and in tight confines with its narrow profile. It also provides exceptional operator visibility, low noise and vibration exposure, ease of operation and troubleshooting as well as unsurpassed structural integrity for withstanding the rigors of frequent width changes.

The CDBI system, rear mounted off the back of a four-track slipform paver, permits accurate insertion of dowel bars in the plastic concrete behind the pavers’ conforming pan at the location of transverse contraction joints. The system eliminates the need for dowel baskets and the costly labor required to install them.

TC1500 Texture/Cure Machine is capable of texturing and/or curing from 12- to 56 feet. Design features include rapid self-loading and unloading at a transport width of under 10 feet, exceptional maneuverability and steering accuracy for high-quality turning; and structural integrity for texturing/curing widths up to 56 feet.
