iRock’s RDS-20 is a powerful, versatile, compact crushing and screening system suitable for processing quarry rock, demolition debris and recyclable materials up to 500 tph. iRock’s patented Hydraset Hopper System is designed to attach and remove the hopper/feeder module as a unit without the aid of any outside lifting devices, allowing the hopper/feeder module to be detached and transported in minutes. With its independent power to operate the removal or installation process, it can be loaded on a trailer, moved to a remote job site and reassembled to the crushing unit safely and easily by one person.
