- Chief Customer Officer
Lisa Fiondella has been a senior executive and business leader in the financial services, technology and information services industries for a substantial part of her 25-plus year career. She is recognized by her colleagues and clients as an insightful business professional, dedicated to providing real-world business and technology solutions to solve real-world customer needs. Her primary business focus has historically been in the areas of marketing services and risk management, leveraging data, analytics and technology to build and deliver products and services.
Lisa began her career in banking with First Union Bank (now Wells Fargo), which led to a twenty-year career with Equifax, one of three major U.S. information services providers. During her tenure at Equifax she held numerous positions, from sales and sales management to operations and technology and business unit leadership roles in technology solutions and mortgage services. Lisa led a flagship Equifax product line, a high priority product development project to develop Equifax’s next generation decision platform, and helped established a product management organization leveraging the disciplines of Pragmatic Marketing. This was followed by a leadership role in mortgage services, where she established a settlement services company.
In early 2007 Lisa joined Fiserv to help establish the company’s presence in Risk Management and evaluate the opportunity to initiate a data and analytics business. She was instrumental in laying the foundation for Fiserv Integrated Risk Management, the company’s first business unit focused primarily on risk management offerings for the financial services market.
Lisa joined Reed Construction Data in early 2009 as Chief Customer Officer. She is responsible for the company’s multi-channel go-to-market strategy, along with all customer-facing resources in the U.S., including sales, account management, sales support and customer relations. She is responsible, as well, for the strategy and business operations of the Market Intelligence business unit, which was formed in early 2012. Lisa oversees the development and management of Reed’s cloud-based sales system and enjoys spending time with customers to help them maximize the value of Reed data in their own sales and marketing processes.
